• Act as a servant leader and coach Agile teams. • Lead/Coach the implementation of Scrum/SAFe across teams. • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies to ensure communication and alignment. • Foster collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams. • Manage team dependencies and track key Agile metrics.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field. • 3+ years experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments • Strong knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and practices. • Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Familiarity with Agile tools and practices (Azure DevOps, Jira) • SAFe Scrum Master certification (SSM) or equivalent a plus
