📋 Description

• Lead a talented team of technical writers responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing high-quality learning material. • Oversee the development of various documentation types, collaborating closely with product team and engineering. • Help define and drive the strategic direction for learning and knowledge content across platforms. • Continuously evaluate and improve the quality and effectiveness of documentation, integrating user feedback. • Implement and maintain tools and systems for content management, version control, and localization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (Master's preferred). • 3+ years of experience in technical writing, product documentation, or curriculum development. • 3+ years of experience in a management or leadership role overseeing technical writers. • Experience in SaaS, technology • Experience in data science or AI-related industries is a plus • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a strong attention to detail. • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences in a clear and concise manner. • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment using software such as Jira, Shortcut, or similar. • Proficiency with the docs-as-code approach, including using git for version control and Python for automation, documentation generation, or scripting.
