📋 Description
• Build and manage dashboards and reports in Looker, HockeyStack, and Salesforce to enable data-driven decision making. • Ensure data integrity through robust data hygiene and governance practices • Analyze campaign, channel, and funnel performance with a focus on ROI , budget efficiency, and pipeline contribution • Deliver recurring reporting cadences: weekly snapshots, monthly dashboards, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) — highlighting performance, insights, and areas for improvement. • Support preparation of board-level reporting, providing clear, executive-ready insights on marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue • Partner with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and Sales Ops to build full-funnel visibility • Support forecasting and planning efforts by delivering reliable historical data and trend analysis • Provide strategic recommendations to improve performance, reduce CAC, and optimize budget allocation
🎯 Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or business intelligence. • Experience in a B2B SaaS company with a focus on long sales cycles, multi-touch attribution, and complex buyer journeys • Expertise with Looker, Salesforce, and HockeyStack (or similar tools) • Intermediate to advanced SQL skills • Experience building reports that drive action — not just dashboards, but decision-making tools • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams using data • High attention to detail and a passion for clean, reliable data
