🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience as a Product Management • Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus) • Demonstrated experience with IAM/IADM and with aggregating user information across multiple systems • Strong technical background, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey technical topics to non-technical audiences • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority • Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to extract meaningful insights • A customer-centric mindset, with the ability to represent the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues or challenges • Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams in remote / hybrid environments • Experience with software and analytics tools such as Looker, Pendo, and other productivity / collaboration tools such as ProductBoard, JIRA, Slack, Figma, Mural, Office 365 etc. • A passion for speed, quality, and evidence-based learning and decision-making • Expertise in authentication technologies, identity federation, and access management (Nice to Have) • Familiarity with customer engagement tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms (Nice to Have)
