• Perform research with the goal of improving business outcomes throughout the organization. • Identify, evaluate, and prototype AI solutions tailored to our sophisticated, high-stakes customer base. • Collaborate closely with members of the AI/ML Team and Product Managers to demonstrate solution alternatives. • Build a path to viable product outcomes leveraging ML, NLP, and LLMs. • Research ways of improving business outcomes through the use of AI/ML. • Investigate AI solutions that make document review, document organization, and Q&A processes more efficient. • Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Product Managers to create solution requirements. • Develop new AI models and algorithms that power foundational products within Datasite.
Requirements
• Experience performing quantitative research with the goal of improving specific product outcomes. • Experience identifying and evaluating competing AI solution alternatives and making recommendations to both the AI/ML and product teams. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions that enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction. • Natural inclination to seek understanding of customers, consider business context, and learn from shipping code. • Experience with NLP and Deep Learning frameworks.
