🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of increasingly responsible roles in Human Resources • Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline is preferred • SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is strongly preferred • Knowledge of U.S. state and federal laws • Experience leading teams in remote environments • Experience designing organization-wide projects • Expertise in staff-facing HR role • Experience managing hiring and recruiting • Experience with PEOs and HRIS systems • Experience implementing training solutions • Excellent communication skills • Strong project management skills • Experience in academic or not-for-profit setting preferred
