Description

• Develop and maintain strong partner relationships within your designated territory. • Manage accounts directly to consistently surpass quarterly and annual sales targets. • Analyze data to uncover strategic opportunities and implement data-driven strategies to drive sales growth. • Onboard new, high-quality suppliers within your assigned region. • Stay well-versed in technical integrations with software partners to offer effective support to clients.

Requirements

• Native or fluent in Spanish (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. • 1-2 years of experience in account management, partner support, technical support, customer experience, customer success, or sales. • Demonstrated success in consistently surpassing goals and targets. • Experience with online marketplaces or SaaS platforms is a plus. • Proven ability to effectively manage a pipeline of leads or a book of business. • Proficient in CRM software, particularly in managing leads and opportunities. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply data to drive informed decision-making. • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills. • Comfortable working at both strategic and tactical levels in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. • Ability to meet tight deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and balance short-term goals with long-term initiatives.
