Description

• Respond to customers incoming calls and emails regarding their electronic equipment • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional technical customer support • Answer customers' questions, handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution • Identify when the issue should be re-assigned to another department or more senior representative • Keep records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints, and in line with internal procedures • Keep up-to-date with procedures, guides and manuals which will help you in contact with customers as well as to understand the product supported.

Requirements

• Based in or willingness to move to Romania within a short notice • Native/fluent in and Croatian or Serbian, both verbal and written. • Fluent in English (minimum B2 level) • EU citizen or sorted our residency status in Romania (no visa support available!) • Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package • A strong working capacity with general office tools • Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in timely manner • Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time • Customer-oriented role experience will be considered as an advantage • Academic degree will be considered as an advantage.
