Description

• Drive product outcomes through defining the product strategy, OKR creation and measurement, and prioritization of use cases. • Responsible for discovery and delivery of valuable digital products for our DaVita Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) Revenue Cycle product portfolio. • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the Revenue Cycle product portfolio. • Drive product OKRs across a product platform or a product focus area. • Define the Revenue Cycle product roadmap and prioritize work that advances the product strategy and vision. • Accountable for defining and meeting product outcomes that drive business value. • Writes requirements and user stories that allow teams to design, test, and deliver product solutions. • Collaborate closely with key partners to understand business objectives and communicate updates on product initiatives. • Manage technology vendors and ensure product meets all legal and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Willing and able to travel up to 25% • 5+ years of experience in digital product management as a product manager; healthcare highly preferred • 3+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience • Strong executive presence and ability to communicate and influence VP level and above stakeholders • Experience building high complexity product solutions and achieving outcomes that span multiple business focus areas • Exceptional problem-solving, organization, communication skills, and make it your mission to get things done despite roadblocks and challenges. • Skilled in juggling multiple tasks, prioritizing them effectively, and delivering on tight deadlines. • Ability to thrive in an organization that changes quickly • Demonstrated ability to easily build expertise in unfamiliar domains • Strong relationship building skills and the ability to partner with technical, clinical, and senior business stakeholders to accomplish goals.
