📋 Description

• Daydream is a dynamic and innovative fashion technology startup poised to revolutionize the industry. • Seeking a Principal Frontend Engineer to lead and elevate our frontend web development efforts. • Deliver useful, fast, and delightful cross platform mobile experiences. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver core Daydream features to users. • Identify and optimize performance issues. • Improve frontend infrastructure, contribute to our component library, and identify other ways of helping the frontend team deliver. • Engage in build, test, and iterate loops on features with the goal of continuously improving Daydream for users.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of professional software development experience with native mobile development (React, Next.js, Svelte, Angular, Flutter, and/or Vue) • Proven TL experience for cross platform mobile development teams. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Strong track record of building and shipping production-ready web applications. • Extensive experience with Typescript, version control, and building for web accessibility. • Experienced building engaging UI animations with tools like Framer, Lottie and GSAP • Highly collaborative mindset with a focus on enabling team success • Ability to adapt to new technologies and work across different parts of the stack • Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment • Passionate about shipping • Startup experience • Experience with Postgres and/or distributed systems • Experience multiple cross-platform native mobile application development. • Experience working with gRPCs and protocol buffers
