β’ 12+ years of professional software development experience with native mobile development (React, Next.js, Svelte, Angular, Flutter, and/or Vue) β’ Proven TL experience for cross platform mobile development teams. β’ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. β’ Strong track record of building and shipping production-ready web applications. β’ Extensive experience with Typescript, version control, and building for web accessibility. β’ Experienced building engaging UI animations with tools like Framer, Lottie and GSAP β’ Highly collaborative mindset with a focus on enabling team success β’ Ability to adapt to new technologies and work across different parts of the stack β’ Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment β’ Passionate about shipping β’ Startup experience β’ Experience with Postgres and/or distributed systems β’ Experience multiple cross-platform native mobile application development. β’ Experience working with gRPCs and protocol buffers
