🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of design experience with a focus on visual design; inclusive of brand, graphic, motion, and product work • Proven ability to create and evolve a robust brand identity across multiple touch points including product and marketing • Experience working with product and engineering teams to deliver engaging, beautiful user experiences • Strong skillset of motion design and prototyping • Mastery across key design applications (figma, adobe, etc) • Experience using generative AI creative tools (midjourney, media generation, etc.) • Proven track record of developing design systems and brand guidelines • Experience working cross-functionally across product, engineering, and marketing • Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment • Passionate about creativity, brand, and storytelling • Multi-disciplinary creative with a versatile skillset • Obsessive attention to detail and commitment to strong execution • Stays up-to-date with cultural and visual trends inside and out of the digital app space • Personal interest in fashion, digital shopping, and culture
