Description

•Lead and oversee all aspects of R&D financial planning •Serve as the finance business partner to our R&D organization •Own our hosting cost model •Lead pricing and packaging initiatives •Create alignment on financial targets and KPIs for new product offerings •Partner with our CFO and Head of Finance & Strategy •Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

Requirements

•6+ years of experience across investment banking, private equity, or growth-stage tech startups •Demonstrated mastery of concepts and best practices for forecasting margins •Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for executive decision-making •Strong business acumen and ability to partner with senior executives •Strong communication and interpersonal skills •Worked asynchronously as part of a fully-remote, distributed team
