3+ years dental insurance billing. β’ Knowledge of dental terminology and effective dental revenue cycle management techniques. β’ High School diploma or GED; some college coursework preferred. β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and Google Drive. β’ Proficiency in using practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, etc). β’ Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. β’ Willingness to adapt to changing regulations and industry standards. β’ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
