• Support the Quality Control team by performing auditing and verifying accuracy. • Assist in reviewing billing processes, insurance claims, and documentation compliance. • Play a vital role in maintaining integrity of dental revenue cycle management processes. • Work closely with the Quality Control Manager to identify errors and support improvements. • Stay informed about industry trends to ensure ongoing compliance and quality improvement.
• 1+ year of experience in an administrative or support role with dental insurance. • Experience working as an independent contractor is preferred. • Familiarity with working with independent contractors on a global scale. • High School diploma or GED; some college coursework is a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.), Google Workspace, and familiarity with practice management softwares (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, etc.). • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively.
