Description

Mastery of the technical aspects of dental revenue cycle management, with a specific emphasis on Insurance Billing. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in auditing and reviewing ledgers, transactions and payments. • Thorough understanding of healthcare compliance regulations, including HIPAA. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify root causes of errors and suggest improvements. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide feedback, document findings, and collaborate with key stakeholders. • Ability to implement quality control processes and procedures to maintain the highest standards of service. • Proven ability to effectively contribute to specialist revenue cycle management projects. • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development in the field of revenue cycle management. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

3+ years dental insurance billing. • Knowledge of dental terminology and effective dental revenue cycle management techniques. • High School diploma or GED; some college coursework preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and Google Drive. • Proficiency in using practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, etc). • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. • Willingness to adapt to changing regulations and industry standards. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
