📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Software Security and Identity Management systems. • Mentor and grow a high-performing engineering team focused on software security and identity management. • Develop and maintain a robust technical roadmap for software security and identity management. • Oversee the analysis, design, and implementation of next-generation security protocols. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and refine designs. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on incident analyses and emerging security challenges. • Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable. • 8+ years in software engineering or security engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Proven experience in designing and implementing software security and identity management systems at scale. • Extensive knowledge of security protocols, encryption, and threat mitigation strategies. • Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA. • Deep knowledge of secure coding practices and the software development lifecycle, including DevSecOps. • Experience with cloud-based security solutions and application security frameworks. • Familiarity with security testing methodologies, vulnerability management, and penetration testing. • Experience with application security tools such as SAST, DAST, and vulnerability scanners. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive security initiatives. • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, hands-on leadership approach. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
