• Responsible for functional business analysis, requirements definition, and validation for IT projects. • Functions in the Business Analyst role on assigned projects to document, test and communicate detailed business requirements. • Delivers system knowledge about new workflow processes. • Meets regularly with customers and IT Management to discuss, prioritize and report on application enhancements. • Creating and maintaining system roadmaps for internal customers. • Developing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for assigned projects within defined parameters. • Leading associates and management users in recording and communicating business requirements and defining acceptance criteria. • Planning and estimating business analysis work.
• Bachelor’s degree required. • Experience with Salesforce and other web technology. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies. • Minimum 3-5 years Salesforce business analysis experience. • Project Lead / Project Management experience preferred. • Strong communication skills to multiple levels of the organization. • Microsoft Excel, Word, Project. • Visio. • Jira / Atlassian / Confluence experience a plus. • Facilitation and negotiation skills. • Ability to manage in a fast-paced environment.
