Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a sales enablement role • 5+ years of experience in delivering sales collaterals • Experience working with tech start-ups/scale-ups • Experience working in a remote first environment • Experience in Competitive intelligence to constantly enrich/update our battle cards portfolio • You are passionate about instructional design and demonstrated strong experience in creating engaging Elearning modules (Docebo, Moodle, Skilljar…) • Experience using Sales Enablement platforms (Highspot, Seismic, Showpad, Mindtickle) • Track record of successful onboarding and coaching sales team of 50+ • Track record of collaborating with other GTM functions (E.G Marketing) • You have a strong experience with Salesforce and other sales tools (E.G Salesloft) • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Be physically located within Europe • You are very rigorous and clear in any document that you produce for the team • Fluent in English
