• About Decentraland: • Decentraland is the world’s first fully decentralized, Ethereum blockchain-based virtual social world, built, governed, and owned by its users. • It’s a truly unique ecosystem with its own decentralized autonomous organization, currency, marketplace, and system of property – and it’s growing fast! • What are we looking for? • We are seeking a Sr. UX/UI Designer to join Decentraland’s team and create exceptional user-centered experiences for our web-based platforms. • This role focuses on designing delightful and intuitive interfaces that enhance the experience of our diverse and vibrant community. • The ideal candidate will have strong skills in both UX and UI design, an ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, and a creative approach to solving user challenges. • You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to design web experiences that empower users and drive engagement within the Decentraland ecosystem.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, particularly for web platforms. • Demonstrated ability to create responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing web designs. • Experience creating, documenting and maintaining scalable, reusable design patterns • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and stakeholders. • Proven expertise in Figma for wireframing and prototyping. • Strong understanding of user research methods, interaction design principles, and accessibility standards. • Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for improving user experiences. • Fluent in English
