Requirements

• Proven experience in a compliance, legal, or regulatory environment is preferred. • Excellent English language skills • Ability to work EST hours. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficiency in using tracking tools and software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets). • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. • Familiarity with compliance frameworks in the DeFi or broader financial industry is a plus.
