Description

• We are seeking an experienced Data Lead to design and implement robust data architectures that support our digital and computational pathology solutions in clinical, research, and clinical trials industries. • Your role will focus on data modeling, curation, governance, and backend engineering to ensure high-quality data management practices.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. • Experience: proven expertise in data architecture and backend engineering, focusing on scalable, secure solutions. • Technical Skills: proficiency in AWS, Java Spring Boot, SQL/NoSQL, containerization, observability, data modeling, ETL processes, scripting languages (e.g., Python). • Governance Knowledge: deep understanding of data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and governance frameworks. • Soft Skills: strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and effective communication. • Preferred: experience in regulated industries, big data technologies (e.g., Kafka), and relevant certifications (e.g., CDMP).
