📋 Description

• As a seasoned Integration Solution Architect, you will lead and execute complex integration projects in pathology workflows across our UK and EMEA customers. • Bridge the gap between physical processes and IT workflows, ensuring seamless connectivity across Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), and other related technologies. • Balance solutions architecture with project management to ensure each project is delivered on time.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in IT architecture with significant focus on system integration in the Pathology space (histology preferred) - mandatory. • Extensive hands-on experience with multiple Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and Laboratory Information Systems (LIS). • Proficient in designing and managing integration with PACS, tracking systems, networking, and storage infrastructures. • Deep understanding of both physical laboratory processes and IT system workflows. • Extensive experience with Integration Engines such as Mirth, Cloverleaf, Rhapsody and Iguana. • Proven success in leading complex Pathology integration projects in healthcare/laboratory settings. (Mandatory) • Expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and compliance. • Strong project management skills in planning, risk assessment, and stakeholder coordination. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. • Relevant certifications in integration technologies, project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2), or healthcare IT - highly desirable.
