• Verwaltung und Pflege von virtualisierten IT-Umgebungen auf Basis von VMware vSphere • Unterstützung von Migrationsprojekten um Workloads in die globalen Rechenzentren zu verschieden • Durchführung von Fehlerbehebungen und Leistungsanalysen • Überwachen der Kapazitätsauslastung und Kapazitätsplanung • Integration von Automatisierungswerkzeugen und -prozessen zur Steigerung der Effizienz der Systemverwaltung • Unterstütze den Aufbau einer hybriden Cloud-Umgebung • Aktualisierung und Pflege von Dokumentation, Richtlinien und Verfahren • Zusammenarbeit zum weiteren Ausbau der Cloud-Bereitschaft innerhalb von Dedalus
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Informatik oder eine andere Ausbildung (z.B. Fachinformatiker / Systemintegration) mit Erfahrung in virtualisierten IT-Umgebungen basierend auf VMware inkl. Automation, Anbindung von Cloud-Umgebungen und vROps. • Knowhow im Betrieb moderner IT-Umgebungen • Bereitschaft, komplexe und herausfordernde Projekte in Angriff zu nehmen • Fähigkeit, im Team zu arbeiten • Ziel- und ergebnisorientiertes Handeln ("Macher-Mentalität") • Gute Englischkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich) • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich virtualisierte IT Infrastructure speziell mit VMware • Kenntnisse in der Automatisierung von Deployment-Prozessen mit verschiedenen Skript-Technologien (Saltstack) • Kenntnisse in VMware vROps • Kenntnisse in der Systemadministration: Windows & Linux (RHEL; Ubuntu) • Kenntnisse in Cloud-Technologien (AWS, AZURE, GCP) • Grundkenntnisse: VMware ARIA
