• Produktmanagement für Kodierung im Zusammenhang mit Medizincontrolling und Erlösmanagement für unsere Märkte in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz • Verantwortung für die Formulierung der Produktvision und der Unternehmensstrategie im Bereich Medizincontrolling und Erlösmanagement • Produkt-Roadmap und Strategie im Bereich ORBIS Medizincontrolling • Verantwortung für die Definition, Priorisierung und Umsetzung der Marktanforderungen • Unterstützung von Kunden-Workshops
🎯 Requirements
• Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Medizin, Gesundheitsökonomie, Medizincontrolling, Pflege oder ein vergleichbarer Studiengang oder eine gleichwertige Kombination aus Ausbildung und Erfahrung mit potenzieller Weiterbildung in Medizincontrolling • Sie sind mindestens 3 Jahre praxiserfahren im Medizincontrolling in der Somatik • Kenntnisse in der Psychiatrie wären wünschenswert, z.B. im Krankenhaus, in der Krankenkasse, beim medizinischen Dienst oder durch Erfahrungen bei einem Softwarehersteller • Kenntnisse über LKF in Österreich sind wünschenswert • Interesse an den Prozessen im Bereich Medizincontrolling und Erlösmanagement und sind in der Lage, diese Thematik Nicht-Experten anschaulich zu vermitteln • IT-Kenntnisse (ORBIS oder vergleichbares KIS, medizinische Software im Allgemeinen) sind ein Plus • Eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise und sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Selbstmanagementfähigkeiten • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift werden vorausgesetzt
