• The Associate Director, GTM Strategy & Ops, will lead and optimize the operations of our global expansion efforts, ensuring seamless scaling of Deel’s services into new markets. • You will manage cross-functional initiatives, streamline processes, and provide strategic insights to drive operational efficiency. • This role requires a strong operational background, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to navigate the complexities of global expansion in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• 10+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 4 years in a senior role overseeing global expansion or market entry. • At least 3-5 years of experience managing and leading a team, with a proven ability to guide, mentor, and develop team members in a leadership capacity. • Proven experience managing complex, multi-functional projects in high-growth, global environments. • Strong operational and project management skills, with experience scaling operations across international markets. • Expertise in building and optimizing processes for efficiency and scalability. • Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams (sales, legal, finance, HR, product, etc.). • Excellent problem-solving skills and experience identifying operational risks and developing mitigation strategies. • Strong leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
