Requirements

• 2+ years in a customer onboarding or Implementation role supporting a B2B SaaS product, particularly in HR, Payroll, and Finance domains. • Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and a passion for teaching others, whether a customer or a colleague. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation, and verbal formats. • High attention to detail with the capability to design organized and effective onboarding plans • Driven, quick-thinking, and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
