Description

• As the Payroll Product Specialist, you will launch payroll products in new countries and ensure compliance with local tax legislation. • Collaborate with compliance team and local experts for product delivery. • Lead payroll product implementation and expansion in new countries. • Analyze advisory packs and clarify compliance requirements. • Define and document functional and legislative requirements with Payroll BAs. • Identify and escalate new system requirements for country-specific needs. • Document and create training materials for country build. • Conduct post-deployment meetings with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Payroll Qualification with a minimum (3) years of experience actively involved in payroll configuration. • 3 years of working experience in back-end configuration is advantageous. • 3 years working experience with programming language calculations are advantageous. • An understanding of Payroll elements and codes. • Configuring formulas & categorization of pay elements. • Configuration and maintenance of statutory rates and tables. • Configuration and maintenance of country-specific fields. • Intermediate Excel Skills (lookups, formulas, concatenating etc.) • Experience with a report writing tool is advantageous. • An understanding of country specific legislative concepts • Fluent in German • Up to date on German labour laws & legislation • Experience working with development & product teams on software development
