Description

• As a Principal Product Marketing Manager, you will be a senior leader responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for Deel Global Payroll. • This role requires a deep understanding of the market, customers, and competition to develop compelling messaging, positioning, and strategies that drive demand, adoption, and growth. • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product marketing, with experience leading cross-functional teams to launch and scale successful products in a dynamic market. • Key Responsibilities: • Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as a key liaison between marketing, product management, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication. • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, feature enhancements, and market expansions. • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends. • Positioning & Messaging: Craft clear and compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences. • Product Launches: Lead the planning and execution of product launches. • Sales Enablement: Develop sales tools, training materials, and content to empower the sales team. • Customer Advocacy: Collaborate with the Customer Marketing team to utilize customer insights. • Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success. • Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • Experience: 10+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role. Proven experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology industries is highly desirable. • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Deep understanding of market research techniques and data analysis. • Experience with product management and product lifecycle management. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Leadership and mentoring abilities, with a track record of building and guiding high-performing teams. • Tools: Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics).
