• 5 years experience in sales • 2 years as a manager of managers • Proven experience leading and scaling teams in a high-growth and high-paced environment • Strong analytical skills turning data insights into projects that positively influence in the sales cycle • Own and execute multiple strategic projects/programs; maintaining attention to all details • Salesforce experience • Has a solid track record of achievement - e.g. you have worked in a top tier company and/or startup, have quickly assumed more responsibilities, etc. • Highly fluent is designing and implementing outbound sales development playbooks, cadences, and best practices • Experience with scaling an SDR team and can think through career paths, compensation plans, segmenting the team, etc. • You use data and analytics to drive your decision making process, identify areas for improvement, and track progress • Great at motivating and inspiring managers and SDRs to high performance
