Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Jira system administration experience. Strong preference for Atlassian Jira Administration certification. • Proven ability to manage complex projects involving Jira customisations, add-on installations, and configurations. • Expert in Jira automation and at least 1 year of experience with low-code automation tools. • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript to extend Jira capabilities through custom scripts, integrations, and advanced workflow configurations. • Execute application changes and automation tasks with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and potential for improvement. • Deliver effective and timely support to users, proactively addressing complex issues and minimising disruptions. • Contribute to the team through leadership of projects or initiatives, showing an understanding of systems and business processes. • Demonstrate the ability to identify root causes of issues, provide recommendations, and implement solutions. • Seek continuous growth by taking on more challenging projects and expanding expertise in application management.
