Description

• Be the first point of contact for our valued customers in collaboration with our Head of Customer Success & Solutions. • Support the Customer Success and Machine Learning Team in labeling customer data to train Machine Learning Models • Gather valuable feedback from customers and relay it to the relevant teams. • Assist in analyzing customer data and usage patterns to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. • Support the Sales Enablement and Customer Enablement team with content creation around the product • Assist the Customer Success team with customer onboarding and guide them through the setup process.

Requirements

• Currently, enrolled in your Bachelor's or Master's degree • Structured and reliable work ethic, as well as high emotional intelligence • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset • Advanced problem-solving skills combined with a hands-on approach to get things done • Excellent skills in communication, structured working, decision-making, and analytical thinking. • Willingness to wear several hats simultaneously and to learn in a fast-paced environment • Fluent in English and German
