Description

• As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be instrumental in delivering tailored, high-impact solutions that drive customer success • You will engage with clients to understand their needs, design and implement comprehensive solutions, and provide expert technical guidance • Your role will be central to enhancing customer experiences and contributing to the innovation and growth of our platform • Lead the technical aspects of customer onboarding, ensuring seamless integration and optimal use of our platform • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design bespoke solutions that meet their business needs • Deliver top-notch generative automation solutions to customer use cases • Work with customers to design intelligent automation solutions and deliver the solution implementation in collaboration with them • Monitor, maintain, and support existing customer solutions for intelligent automation • Provide ongoing technical support and training to customers, acting as their trusted advisor and primary technical point of contact • Manage customer accounts to maximise their value and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction • Onboard new customers to the product with a focus on user adoption • Develop and oversee customer success plans to maximise customer value • Own customer engagement and communication across all accounts • Be responsible for hiring, growing, and managing the solution delivery team in line with company growth • Own the solution delivery OKRs in terms of setting and reporting • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales and product management to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions • Continuously identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and drive initiatives to enhance the customer experience • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions and thought leadership

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field • Over 5 years of experience in a technical role such as solutions engineering, software engineering, or technical consulting • Proficient in software development and programming languages like Python is essential • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Proven track record of managing multiple projects and delivering high-quality solutions on time • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus • Experience with no-code or low-code platforms, intelligent automation, or RPA is highly desirable • Experience of working in a hyper-growth startup is highly desirable
