• With 30 years of experience in cyber defense, DeepSeas is trusted by nearly 1,000 clients around the world. • Known for its programmatic approach to continuously transforming cyber defense programs. • DeepSeas is recognized by Gartner as a top 40 provider of MDR. • The Security Program Manager (SPM) leads strategic client programs and tactical projects. • This position is a critical member of our cybersecurity solutions delivery team. • The Security Program Manager ensures client programs have established delivery teams and project plans. • This role may support other team members as required.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of project and program management experience. • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred. • Bachelor’s Degree preferred. • Cybersecurity experience preferred. • Experience managing client relationships. • Proficient with Project Management tools such as Mavenlink, Project Plan templates, Roadmap Workbook, presentation materials and Microsoft Teams. • Demonstrated history to meet/exceed department KPIs, including: Managing to project/program budgets, Profitability, Internal and external feedback. • Ability to clearly engage, influence and guide executive and board-level professionals. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to perform: • Professional and engaging presentation skills. • Critical thinking and problem-solving logic. • Time management skills required, and ability to meet deadlines.
