📋 Description
• Head of Technology is responsible for creating Definiti’s technology strategy and supporting infrastructure in a nimble and high growth environment. • The position reports to the CEO and is an active member of the Executive Committee. • Defines and oversees automation development, leveraging tools and vendors to implement automation within the company. • Partners with leaders throughout the company to identify opportunities and implement solutions. • Leads a team to support execution, manages production support, and leverages outsource partners to ensure an efficient cost structure and highest quality outcomes for the company’s remote workforce. • Supports data governance, business continuity and IT admin activities as necessary.
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required • Bachelor's degree required • Experience leading IT teams with a strategic and hands-on approach for 300+ users • 10+ years of IT leadership experience, with a strong focus on enterprise applications, infrastructure, and security • Proven track record of managing third-party applications and cloud-based technology stacks • Expertise in IT governance, cybersecurity, vendor management, and enterprise architecture • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements (SOC 2, GDPR, etc.) • Ability to travel up to 10%
