• Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth • Research and benchmark best practices in customer success management and propose recommendations for Definity First • Assist in designing and developing customer success management tools, such as dashboards, reports, surveys, and workflows • Support the customer success management team in delivering exceptional service and value to our clients • Participate in customer success management meetings and events and provide insights and suggestions • Collaborate with other teams, such as sales, engineering, and cloud and AI services, to ensure alignment and synergy

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in digital engineering but with personal passion for customer service and business development • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proactive, creative, and problem-solving mindset • Proficient in Data Analysis and Report Building • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Familiarity with customer success management tools, such as CRM • Advanced English
