Description

• Lead and coordinate a marketing team, fostering collaboration and high performance. • Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business goals, driving brand awareness and growth. • Manage website content, service offerings, and SEO to enhance digital presence. • Design and oversee account-based marketing strategies to increase cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. • Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. • Plan and execute company events, coordinate sponsorships, and maximize event engagement. • Source and manage vendors to support marketing operations, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Senior Marketing role with a track record of successful initiatives and team leadership. • Expertise in digital marketing, brand positioning, SEO, and content management. • Experience in managing and mentoring diverse teams, including internal and external members. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop data-driven strategies. • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems such as Dynamics CRM or HubSpot. • Excellent project management and vendor management skills. • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across departments. • Desirable Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Familiarity with event planning, sponsorship management, and partner channel strategies. • Knowledge of best practices in revenue generation, account-based marketing, and customer lifecycle management.
