Description
• Assist in data gathering, development, and consolidation of annual and mid-year budgets and forecasts. • Support near- and long-term P&L forecasting. • Aid in financial budget/forecast revisions focusing on cost reduction. • Prepare monthly budgets to actual review reports for cost center managers. • Consolidate feedback and address concerns from cost center managers. • Prepare management reports related to monthly variance analysis. • Assist in preparing rolling cash forecasts and ad hoc financial analysis.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or related field. • 1-3 years relevant experience in financial planning and analysis or equivalent. • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and accounting software. • Strong working knowledge of Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc. • Knowledge of US and PH accounting principles and standards. • Knowledge of data and financial modeling is a plus. • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required; CMA is a plus.
