Description
• Work as a full-time Home Based Bookkeeper for DCX. • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process. • Reconcile sales taxes, payroll taxes, 401k, and bank accounts monthly. • Monitor financial transactions and reports. • Process accounts receivable and payable, checks, and transfer data to ledger. • Handle monthly payroll using accounting software.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. • 1-3 years of Bookkeeping experience, General Accounting experience, or a similar job position. • Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Word, and Outlook. • Strong working knowledge using Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas etc. • Able to prepare, review and understand a financial statement. • In depth GAAP accounting knowledge. • Full CPA Focus in Financial Analysis.
