📋 Description
• We are looking for a highly analytical Finance Automation Manager to join our Regional team based in Manila. • The Finance Automation Manager/Specialist will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the regions. • Co-drive the Finance Automation agenda together with the team to create an efficient Finance organization. • Identify, design, build and implement Finance Automation or Analytics projects in line with company strategies. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document process requirements. • Create project plan, cost benefit analysis and risk planning for the automation projects. • Provide maintenance and troubleshooting support for deployed projects. • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver projects and achieve key results.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Economics, or experience in a quantitative field • Minimum 4-6 years of proven experience in process automation through workflow automation tools, automated reports, robotics process automation • Prior experience in fast paced environments such as consulting firms or technology companies • Strong experience in workflow or process automation tools like Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, UiPath • Intermediate analytical skills in BI reporting software such as Tableau, Google Looker Studio • Ability to work in a cross functional, multicultural environment • Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team • Knowledge of data science, statistical modelling skills and Python is a plus.
