📋 Description
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of a large and complex program • Develop and maintain a comprehensive master project plan • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness • Communicate program updates, risks, and achievements to stakeholders • Prepare and present detailed program progress reports
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management • Proven ability to manage large-scale programs with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous work environment • Comfortable operating in both technical and non-technical environments • Experience in Sales Enablement is a plus • Background in Learning & Development (L&D) or Human Resources (HR) is beneficial but not required
