📋 Description

•Job Description: • We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. • The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience and a strong analytical mindset to solve complex business problems. • Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, R, Python (advanced preferred), and an ability to derive actionable insights is essential for this role. •Key Responsibilities: • Data Analysis and Insights: • Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights for business growth and operational efficiency. • Utilize SQL to extract data and perform in-depth analysis. • Visualization and Reporting: • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau to track business performance. • Ensure visualizations effectively communicate key insights. • Statistical and Predictive Modeling: • Use R or Python to perform statistical analyses and build predictive models to guide decision-making. • Problem-Solving: • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in processes. • Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend solutions and monitor implementation. • Collaboration: • Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing, etc.) to define and execute business strategies. •Technical Skills: • Proficient in SQL for data querying and manipulation. • Strong experience with Tableau for creating dashboards and reports. • Hands-on experience with R and Python for statistical and data analysis (advanced knowledge preferred). •Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. •Communication Skills: Ability to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively. •Work Ethic: Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment.
