• Introduction to Demandbase: Helps B2B companies hit revenue goals using AI. • About the Role: Seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead global security program. • Lead & Scale: Build, lead, and mentor a security team. • Strategy & Execution: Develop a risk-based information security strategy. • Governance & Risk: Own global governance framework; establish controls and reporting. • Cloud & Product Security: Partner to embed security in development lifecycle. • Compliance & Certifications: Execute security and privacy frameworks. • Executive Engagement: Act as trusted advisor on security matters. • AI/ML Security Readiness: Stay ahead of evolving threats.

🎯 Requirements

• Leadership Experience: 12+ years in information security roles, with 5+ years at VP/CISO level. • SaaS Security Expertise: Strong experience in securing multi-tenant SaaS applications in public cloud environments. • Compliance Leadership: Managing global compliance initiatives. • Talent Builder: Success in attracting, retaining, and developing top security talent. • Product & Infrastructure Acumen: Understanding of secure software practices, DevSecOps, and infrastructure security models. • Vision + Execution: Set strategy, define metrics, and lead execution. • Champion for Excellence: Develop mechanisms for accountability in engineering excellence and risk management. • Strong Communicator: Exceptional presence and public speaking skills; able to represent Demandbase publicly. • Preferred Certifications: CISSP, CCISO, or equivalent.
