📋 Description

• Lead and Grow the UX Team: Hire, coach, and retain designers • Define and Execute Design Strategy: Translate business priorities into design vision • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering and Product Management • Advocate for User-Centric Design: Integrate UX research into product lifecycle • Hands-On Leadership: Engage in design process and provide creative direction • Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to gather feedback • Innovate & Iterate: Build a product vision that encourages rapid design experimentation

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in UX, product, or interaction design • Proven leadership skills in hiring, mentoring, and retaining top design and research talent • Deep expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies • Strong ability to translate complex business goals into user-focused design strategies • Exceptional relationship-building and collaboration skills • A credible, passionate advocate for design
