Description

• Leading design process from concept to implementation utilizing design thinking, concept ideation, visualization, storytelling, prototyping, Lean/Agile UX, design frameworks, and design principles • Helping define UI/UX standards that balance interaction design, visual design and technical feasibility and ensure uniformity across all Demandbase products • Conducting your own customer research as needed to understand user workflows, pain points, and goals • Championing user-centered design thinking in discussions with Product & Engineering partners, assessing design needs for projects, and working with them to the scope and refine projects • Partnering with Engineering to ensure that implementation meets our quality standards • Ensuring we provide a holistic user experience across all Demandbase products and tools • Mentoring, growing and supporting other members of the design team • Building positive, collaborative relationships with internal partners to deliver on business and user requirements with velocity and rigor

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in an individual contributor role, on a Product Design team, most recently in B2B / SaaS • Experience designing in an Agile environment • Experience working with data-heavy applications, data storytelling, and complex data-oriented use cases • Experience working with Product Managers to develop solution strategies, influence the product roadmap, and translate high-level requirements into detailed product designs and UI components • Strong ability to communicate design vision in a manner that helps stakeholders understand and relate • Very strong experience using Figma
