• Als IT Atlassian Consultant (x/w/m) nimmst du Kundenanforderungen für die Einführung und Erweiterung von Atlassian Tools auf und erarbeitest komplette Lösungsszenarien – von der Analyse über die Konzeption bis hin zur Realisierung • Implementierung, Anpassung und Konfiguration von Atlassian Tools wie Jira und Confluence an Kundenbedürfnisse • Evaluierung, Konzeption, Entwicklung und Implementierung von Plugins/Apps zur Erweiterung der Funktionalität der Atlassian Tools • Entwicklung von Konzepten für allgemeine Verbesserungen für Atlassian Tools • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Bestandskunden und Anbahnung neuer Projekte • Organisation und Durchführung von Workshops sowie Schulungen • Erstellung von Dokumentationen und technischen Anleitungen für Anwender*innen von Atlassian Produkten. • Mitgestaltung des Atlassian-Bereichs der DEMICON – deine Ideen zählen!
🎯 Requirements
• Idealfall hast du ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Medieninformation oder ä. • Bei entsprechender Qualifikation oder Berufserfahrung spielt das Studium für uns jedoch keine Rolle! • Softwareentwicklung, Projektarbeit und Businessprozesse? Damit kennst du dich aus! • Du verfügst über Expertise im Bereich Atlassian und beherrschst Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket und möglichst viele weitere Atlassian Tools aus dem „Effeff“ • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich der Administration und Konfiguration von Atlassian Tools wie u.A. Jira und Confluence • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungsfähigkeiten mit hoher Kundenorientierung und Teamfähigkeit • Neugierig auf neue Themen und Herangehensweisen, froh an der Arbeit in einem Remote-Team • Kommunikationsstark, sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch
