• Als ERP Berater / ERP Projektleiter sind Sie verantwortlich für die einwandfreie Durchführung der Ihnen zugeteilten ERP-Projekte. • Ihr Aufgabengebiet erstreckt sich von der ERP-Auswahl und der Analyse der IST-Prozesse über die Definition von Soll-Prozessen, der Erstellung von Lastenheften und Anbietervergleichen, bis hin zur erfolgreichen ERP-Projektleitung beim Kunden. • Sie bestechen neben Ihrer sicheren Methodik durch gute Menschenkenntnisse und können diese im Changemanagement beim Kunden erfolgreich einbringen. • Die Einhaltung von finanziellen und zeitlichen Budget oder Rahmenanforderungen in Verbindung mit einer gleichbleibend hohen Beratungsqualität, stellt Sie vor keine Herausforderung.
🎯 Requirements
• Erfahrung Anwendung von ERP-Systemen oder ERP-Branchenlösungen für den produzierenden Sektor • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als ERP-Projektleiter, Inhouse ERP-Consultant oder ERP-Berater • Einführung von ERP-System im Maschinenbau, Anlagenbau, Stahlbau oder vergleichbaren Branchen • Fachlich Berufsausbildung im produzierenden Gewerbe oder Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder IT-verwandtes Studium • Weiterbildungen zum Projektleiter oder Projektleitungserfahrung • Kenntnis von modernen und anerkannten Projektmanagementmethoden • Kaufmännisches Verständnis • Prozesserfahrung in Unternehmen mit einem hohen Eigenfertigungsanteil • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • Sozial Freude an der Moderation von verschiedenen Gesprächsrunden • Sichere Präsentationsfähigkeiten • Hohe Reisebereitschaft • Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfreundlich • Kommunikations- und Konfliktfähigkeit • Stärken Prozessverständnis und Unternehmerisches Denken • Analytisches Denkvermögen und Problemlösungskompetenz • Sicheres und professionelles Auftreten, auch vor größeren Gruppen
