• Onboarding new customers and creating custom workflows tailored to the needs of each office • Training new clinicians and dental teams to use the DentalMonitoring suite of solutions • Nurturing existing customers to maximize benefits of AI technology • Building strong relationships with customers • Acting as a technical bridge between customers and the platform • Supporting and attending local trade shows • Working with various teams for best onboarding experience • Influencing adoption of new protocols • Traveling up to 60% for in-person training and support

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in dentistry and/or orthodontics or equivalent degree • Excellent understanding of the conceptual/consultative sales approach • Consultative, training and implementation experience • Ability to build and maintain partnerships with internal and external clients • High level of IT/computer science knowledge and a strong interest in new technologies • Ability to act diplomatically, demonstrate listening skills and empathy • Ability to influence and provoke changes in clients' way of thinking • Ability to prioritize tasks, organize and prioritize priorities • Proactive and enthusiastic • Independent, enthusiastic, and curious • Team spirit
