📋 Description

• We’re looking for a strategic, customer-obsessed Partner Customer Success Manager (PCSM) to join our growing Customer Success team. • You’ll manage a book of ~30–40 consulting and marketing partners who license our software to coach their dental clients to success. • These are high-value partners who expect outcomes, insights, and a trusted advisor. • You’ll work directly with partner executives, coaches, and consultants to drive software adoption and long-term value. • When a partner’s engagement ends, you’ll work cross-functionally to convert those dental clients into long-term direct customers. • This is a unique role that blends customer success, light sales enablement, and program management.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Partner Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing SaaS role. • Experience working with partners, resellers, or consulting firms is a major plus. • You are data-driven, proactive, and love solving real business problems. • You’re comfortable presenting to executives and managing complex relationships. • Strong organizational skills—you’re able to balance portfolio management and program delivery. • You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
