📋 Description
• Telefonische Kundenberatung und -betreuung der Patienten, Kliniken, Praxen und Fachhändler. • Unterstützung des Außendiensts in Vorbereitungs- und Follow-Up-Aktivitäten. • Datenpflege im CRM-System sowie Dokumentation der Vertriebsergebnisse. • Proaktive, enge Kooperation mit Fachabteilungen wie Vertrieb/Außendienst, Marketing, Customer Service. • Telefonische Umsetzung von Vertriebs- und Marketingaktionen. • Umsatzgenerierung und Steigerung der Kundenbindung. • Omni-Channel Bearbeitung einer Zielgruppe von Kontakten.
🎯 Requirements
• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder pflegerische Ausbildung. • Berufserfahrung im telefonischen Vertrieb – idealerweise im B2B-Umfeld und/oder im Gesundheitswesen. • Dienstleistungs- und vertriebsorientiertes Denken sowie offene Persönlichkeit. • Verkäuferisches Talent, Kommunikationsstärke und Begeisterungsfähigkeit. • Ausgeprägte Affinität zur Akquise und Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten. • Teamfähigkeit und Freude an telefonischer Beratung. • Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse. • Sehr gutes Deutsch und idealerweise Englisch/Französisch mit Sprachgefühl.
