Description

• Provide financial advice and guidance to functional leaders. • Manage financial control and compliance for central functional transformation programs. • Manage client commercial conversations including contract management and pricing. • Financially manage the U.S. fee file to track signed projects to budget. • Ensure contractual compliance of all financial obligations to clients. • Present the monthly forecast to executive management and manage costs effectively. • Ensure timely updates and actions on outstanding balances.

Requirements

• 8 – 12 years of relevant finance qualification/experience (client finance, commercial, FP&A). • Global and/or client experience a plus. • Commercially minded with a ability to proactively identify issues and create solutions. • Ability to interact with senior internal and external stakeholders. • Attention to detail and process-minded, ability to work cross-functionally. • Naturally curious to interrogate and validate financial information. • Self-starter, highly motivated and able to work to their own initiative. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines through excellent project management skills. • Ability to explain financial information to non-financial people. • Excellent communication and organisational skills. • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office. • Experience with Nexelus, Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics a plus.
