• 8+ years of recent accounting and financial reporting experience • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance • 5+ years of demonstrated experience with SEC reporting responsibilities with a public US company • Active CPA designation or equivalent certification • Strong technical accounting background with thorough knowledge of US GAAP
