β€’ We are looking for an experienced and strategic Product Program Director to lead our global product marketing efforts and report to the Head of Global Product & Solutions Marketing. β€’ You will oversee three Global Product Marketing Leads, ensuring the successful development of marketing strategies across our product portfolio. β€’ Lead a team of three Global Product Marketing Leads - promoting a collaborative culture. β€’ Become an expert on our advertising and marketing products, understanding features, benefits, customer needs, and industry trends. β€’ Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with our goals - ensuring consistency across global markets. β€’ Oversee market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. β€’ Use insights to guide product prioritization, positioning, and marketing strategies. β€’ Guide the team in managing the entire product lifecycle, from brainstorming to launch and post-launch optimization - ensuring successful product introductions. β€’ Work with product management, sales, and regional marketing teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. β€’ Working with our Integrated Marketing Lead to ensure communication and cohesion across departments and regional teams. β€’ Monitor goals to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies. β€’ Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership. β€’ Build relationships with product management team and business leaders. β€’ Gather feedback to improve product offerings and marketing strategies. β€’ Promote improvement and new ideas within the product marketing function - staying ahead of industry trends and best practices. β€’ Manage and allocate marketing budgets, ensuring appropriate use of resources to achieve our goals.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. β€’ 7+ years of experience in product marketing within the advertising, marketing, or technology sectors. β€’ Experience in the advertising and marketing industry, including trends in identity, data, technology, and AI. β€’ Experience collaborating with product development and sales teams. β€’ Expertise in translating complex technical features into clear customer benefits. β€’ Experience interpreting data, producing insights, and optimizing marketing performance. β€’ Proficient in using marketing automation, CRM tools, and digital marketing strategies.
